We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it's right in the middle of the entire ski area and next to the ski slopes. It's also just a few steps away from the ski lift, which is very convenient. The facilities are great, and we loved the breakfast, which had a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and tidy.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Location is excellent with ski slopes just across the road. Ski rental is affordable and staff helpful and friendly. The onsen was decent and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable with traditional Japanese decoration.
The hotel is quite dated and in need of renovation. Some facilities were closed during our stay, including the restaurant and bar.

We had an unforgettable stay at the hotel with its ideal location right opposite the ski lift. It's perfect for ski enthusiasts who want easy access to the slope. We enjoyed waking up early to catch the first lift and skiing down to the hotel's door. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was great. the rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. We also appreciated the free massage chairs and the free shuttle service down to the bus stop.
The room's décor was dated, but it did not affect our overall pleasant experience.

The access to ski slopes was really good, just a few meters away from the hotel, which made it really easy to hit the slopes early in the morning. the Japanese style dishes for dinner were one of the highlights of the stay; they were really delicious and offered a range of flavours. We also enjoyed the convenience of having ski rental in the same building, which saved us some time.
The hotel was quite dated and the tatami mats in the room were not comfortable for sleeping, which made our Christmas stay quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong smell that made it hard to spend time there.
